Delivery

When can I expect delivery?

Items going to UK mainland addresses can take 3 – 5 business days to arrive from date of dispatch (Monday to Friday). Items going overseas, including Ireland can take 12 – 16 business days to arrive from date of dispatch (Monday to Friday). Note: Standard delivery is not trackable.

 

Can I have express delivery?

We do offer express delivery by Fedex. Please make sure someone is there to sign for the goods.

 

Products

How do I choose the right size for my laptop skin?

Please measure your laptop lid from one side to another and choose the closest dimensions listed, or slightly larger. Our skins are very easy to trim. Please watch our tutorial on product page for how this works.

 

What is made in England?

Skins, canvas and phone cases are produced in our studio in Derbyshire.

Our skins are printed by HP latex printer then laminated and cut to shape.

Phone cases are printed through 3D sublimation process. Blank cases are supplied by our UK manufacturer.

Canvas wall art is printed then mounted with 22mm European gallery stretch bars.

Mugs and other porcelain products are printed with sawgrass sublimation ink.

 

Do you have skins for older smartphone models?

Yes we have been producing phone skins for over 4 years. Some of the older models are not listed on our website, please contact us to see if we have your phone model available.

 

Can I ask for other products to be personalised?

We are always looking for inspiration from our creative customers and want to hear about your ideas. If there is a way, we will find it!

Service

Do you accept returns?

Yes.
we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your goods if you are not fully satisfied, which of course is very rare and we hope you will love your off the peg designed items as much as we love producing them.  Please check our return postal address on our Contact Page if you are one of the exceptions where something has gone wrong.

 

Can I return a customised or personalised item?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns for any custom or personalised items unless it is damaged during transit to you.

 

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes.We cater for corporate companies and large organisations or groups and events.Please contact for more details with what you need.

 

Do my own images for personalising my items need to be of a certain size or specification?

Obviously, your images need to be high resolution in order for details to be shown clearly. We recommend at least 2M in size.
